| Reaction: | lipid-phosphate phosphatase | ||||
| Description: | Enzymes in the epoxide hydrolase n-terminal phosphatase family contain two structural domains, each with a seperate and independent active site. Only the N-terminal domain is part of the haloacid dehalogenase superfamily. This domain has lipid phosphatase activity. The enzymes have the highest activity is to threo-9,10-phosphonooxy-hydroxy-octadecanoic acid, followed by erythro-9,10-phosphonooxy-hydroxy-octadecanoic acid, 12-phosphonooxy-octadec-9Z-enoic acid, 12-phosphonooxy-octadec-9E-enoic acid, and p-nitrophenyl phospate. | ||||
