Vitamin B12 dependent aromatic C-H methylation involved in the production of aminocoumarin antibiotic. Both are thought to be involved in the 5''' methylation of the pyrrole ring. CloN6 and CouN6 are orthologues and share significant similarity (94%). CloN6 is responsible for the 5''' methylation in the antibiotic clorobiocin; CouN6 is responsible for the 5''' methylation in the antibiotic coumermycin A1.

Potentially two families -- maybe as sub-families? The active portions of the substrates (with respect to the reaction occurring here) is identical in both enzymes, it is the rings A and B that differ.
